Curious about the cost of your project? We've got an easy solution for you! Simply send us your photos, information or drawings via WhatsApp or email and we'll send you a free rough price estimate. For a more precise quote, we recommend arranging an on-site visit to have a face-to-face conversation about your project. To schedule the visit, there is a fixed fee of €99 and as a result, you'll receive a more accurate price estimate.
2. On-site Visits

Want to know the cost of your project? We've got you covered. For only €99, we can provide you with a more precise price estimate. Just pay the flat rate in advance and we will pass by. If you choose to proceed with our services, the €99 will be deducted from your final bill. The price estimate remains valid for 14 days. Any modifications that need more research will be charged at a reduced hourly rate of €25 per hour.
3. Shopping Assistance
Receive on-the-spot guidance about materials for a fee charged by the hour.
Handling the shopping for the assignment is typically my responsibility, as we’re knowledgeable about the best places to purchase materials. Are you interested in taking on this task? We can give you the addresses or someone from the team can accompany you to offer guidance on choosing the best materials or give assistance with transportation. Please note that our hourly rate will be applicable if we work on this together, as we will be sharing our expertise and helping you on location.
5. Project Progress updates
Keep yourself in the loop by getting frequent updates, helping you stay informed and connected to the project.
From our own experience, we have observed that project assignments often evolve from the original cost estimate. Throughout the project, we may discover that priorities change or initial plans do not pan out as expected. This is just a part of real-life projects, but we’re known for adapting and finding solutions. That why it’s Hugo Will Fix It! Maintaining open communication is important in order to achieve the desired outcome and we will ensure to provide regular updates.

4. Carpentry Work
Need carpentry work completed? Choose between a day rate or project-based fee.
As we start on your assignment, we'll take care of various tasks to ensure everything is completed smoothly. This includes measuring, researching materials, shopping, preparing at our workshop, and working on-site. The hours spent on these tasks will be charged at an hourly rate, half-day rate, full-day rate, or a project-based fee, depending on the nature of the work. We kindly request that you pay the weekly invoices for the completed tasks and we appreciate your prompt payment to help us keep the work on schedule.
