Carpenter Prices
We offer a range of pricing options to suit your needs. Depending on the project's size, location, and the time required, we can calculate costs on an hourly basis, a half-day or full-day rate, or a project-based fee. Price Estimation
Would you like to find out more about the investment necessary for the work ahead? Just get in touch with us! We can give you a rough estimate over the phone based on any photos and videos you have of the project. If you’d like, we can also visit your location. There is a one-time fee of €99 for this visit, which needs to be paid upfront, but the good part is that this amount will be subtracted from your final bill if you choose to hire us. This means you get valuable advice and a price estimate for free!
Hourly Rate - €40>
For more than 8 hours of work, an hourly rate with a minimum of €40 per hour applies. All prices on this page are also subject to change.
Our regular hourly rate (FEE) is about €40-55 per hour. This fee applies to all the duties that need to be done to make the assignment successful.
✔ Duties of a carpenter include for example: communicating about the assignment, researching materials, shopping time, preparation time in the workshop as well as of course travel time and the time on location.
✘ The hourly fee doesn’t include 9 or 21 % VAT. This % depends on the job that needs to be done.
✘ There are also some additional costs to the hourly rate like fuel costs and rent of material.
Half-Day - €220
For smaller handyman’s chores, a minimum half-day rate applies. We will invoice a €220 (4 hours) rate for a half day of work or a full day of work for €340 depending on the amount of work that needs to be done.
✔ The fee of €220 is for 4 hours of work. This includes preparation time in the workshop for the task at hand, travel time to the location and back, the time to shop for materials and the hours on location.
✔ Additional hours will fall into a full day of work and additional hours are invoiced at an hourly rate.
✘ Please note that the cost of materials and fuel (diesel) are not included in this half-day rate and will be added to the invoice.
✘ A well-structured price estimate is not included in this rate and costs €99. If you decide to assign the task to us, here's some good news - the cost of this quote will be subtracted from your final invoice.
✘ If you need to conduct thorough measurements on-site or if you need help in choosing the right materials and would like us to accompany you to the stores, we can definitely make arrangements for that. Just keep in mind that these activities will be scheduled during working hours and the cost for these services will be charged.
✘ Please note that a VAT of 9% or 21% will be applied to the invoice for the assignment.
Full-Day - €340
For handyman’s chores that take more than 4 hours a full-day rate of €340 applies with a maximum of 8 hours of work. For more than 8 hours of work, the agreed hourly rate with a minimum of €40 per hour applies.
✔ The fee of €340 is for 8 hours of work. This includes preparation time in my workshop for the task at hand, travel time to the location and back, the time to shop for materials and the hours on location.
✔ Additional hours are invoiced at an hourly rate of €40 per hour minimum.
✘ Please note that the cost of materials and fuel (diesel) are not included in this half-day rate and will be added to the invoice.

Additional costs
✔ Our billing process is based on subsequent calculation, even though we provide a price estimation initially. In some cases, we may agree upon a fixed price for the hours needed to complete the project. Please note that materials are always invoiced at daily rates.
✔ A half-day rate, full-day rate or hourly rate applies depending on the length of the assignment.
✔ The cost of fuel varies based on the distance travelled and will range from €15 to €35 euros.
✔ A double fuel fee applies for the use of a trailer.
✔ Materials and any machinery rental, will appear on the invoice at the daily rate.

Project updates
Our team is very adept at using Excel and we can provide you with a comprehensive overview of all expenses. That said, if you need a more detailed examination, it will be treated as an additional service and will be billed accordingly. We’ll ensure you’re updated on the project's status throughout. You can rely on us to clarify everything thoroughly, so there are no unexpected developments. Those who work with me really value this method.
Advance payments
To ensure your assignment is secured, we kindly ask for an upfront payment. Once we receive this payment, we will officially confirm and schedule your assignment. Additionally, it's important to make advance payments for the materials, and we will inform you of the exact amount through email or WhatsApp. After the initial payments, we will invoice you weekly for our hours, and timely payment will allow us to schedule the upcoming week's work.
